Step 1. From
the File menu,
click New then
a panel open on the right of
your screen. Select One Page
Website from the panel on
the right (circled in red).

Step 2. In this
second panel, you are going
to move from the default
highlighted choice, One Page
Website, and instead,
highlight the choice called,
Empty Web Site. Use
only one click of your mouse
to highlight ( a double
click creates the web and
you are not yet ready for
that).

Step 3. In the
"Specify Location box to the
right, you will:
a. ) name your new web
b.) determine the new web's
location.
Note: Front Page
will automatically place
your new web in a new folder
that it will create in your
"My Documents" folder. This
new folder will be called,"
My Webs."

To name your new web,
you need to place your
cursor in the box, move to
the end of the line, find
the default file name that
Front Page has inserted for
you and backspace to the
last slash.

Type in your new file
name. (I usually name the
web the same as my domain
name).

Step 4. Click OK
at the bottom.
You will now see the file
structure of your new web.
Note that at the top, you
will find the location of
your web (see the blue
arrow). Always be sure that
you are in the correct web
by checking here.
The red circle and arrow
in the screenshot below,
indicates the icon in the
menu that opens this file
structure for you whenever
you are in your web.

As you create pages in
your web, the web structure
window will open to the far
right to show you the
current pages in your web.
